Q. Is there a money back guarantee?

No. Our cloud servers use post-paid billing so there is no money back guarantee.

Q. Do I get Root SSH Access?

Yes, you get full root access to your Cloud Servers. Using root access, you have absolute control on your server and the ability to make any customizations as per your requirements.

Q. What kind of Virtualization do you use?

Our Cloud Servers use Openstack and KVM for virtualization.

Q. Is there any restriction on the applications that I can install on my server?

No, with full root access there are no restrictions on the applications that can be installed on Cloud servers.

Q. How does billing work?

Cloud Servers use post-paid billing and you only pay for the resources you use. The invoices are generated on 1st of every month for the Cloud Servers used in the previous month.

Q. Do you offer Windows based servers?

No, we are not offering Windows based cloud servers currently. All the servers are linux based.

Q. Can I pay Cloud Server invoices using my Account Balance?

Yes, you can pay your invoices using Account Balance only if your card on file fails. However, we recommend that you always save a valid card on file for uninterrupted services.
